There is often an aesthetic benefit associated with drains, especially in flowerbed areas. If a downspout must come down in a
flowerbed, it must be extended past the edging to prevent mulch erosion. However, this is typically not the most cosmetically
appealing solution, as it will run across the top of the ground. Instead, we can install an underground drain that carries the
water from the downspout to an appropriate place.
